Methodology: We developed and evaluated multiple SD-WAN connectivity and value-add service packages, and we applied a well-tested model to project customer willingness to adopt and pay for these packages. Our analysis included a comprehensive revenue model with an investment timeline and business cases to evaluate the business options.
